When I bought this product, it was the cheapest way to get 8GB flash memory, which surprised me a lot. The card looks well built and feels solid for something that's almost paper thin and smaller than my thumbnail. I'm a bit disappointed with the USB reader that came with the card. Despite the solid construction, the convex end makes it difficult to remove the card from the reader. I would be much happier if the reader had either a spring loaded latch or a clipped end so I could grab the micro SD from either side and eject it easily. To make matters worse, the area at the left end of the Micro SD (when you view it with text visible and right side up) that looks like a grove is actually a slope. This makes it difficult to capture the map with a miniature. These two factors made it difficult for me to remove the card from the reader. This product would be perfect if I just wanted a replacement for my old flash drives, but it's a little underpowered if you plan on regularly changing cards in the reader. But for the price it doesn't get any better. Highly recommended despite the shortcomings.
