In fact it's very soft - it's inconvenient to use as the bristles bend but don't stand up
I'm actually disappointed with this brush as the bristles are too soft. They are so soft that they bend and form paths leaving debris instead of doing the sweeping I wanted. .Perhaps this is better suited as a delicate tool for very fine dust and fragile areas.
