I got this laptop almost a year ago and really the only plus is the battery life. Durability is terrible and download speeds are below average. Not to mention the screen is constantly buggy and at times it's completely bricked and black and unresponsive when turned on or something. This behavior is unrelated to screen damage, which I'll address next. In the first few months, my screen was completely shattered by the webcam attached to it. Keep in mind that I've been VERY gentle with it and have used the same device with other equally thin screens with no problem. Of course, I saw other reviews on the Internet where people's screens were inexplicably cracked by almost nothing. The rubber grips on the bottom also fell off and disappeared. I still use it from time to time, but my other computers that are older and have about the same specs work better and don't fall apart. Really disappointed in Microsoft, usually a big fan.
