I had to return it as I can't access my phone in this case. Not only does the fingerprint not work, I can't get the phone to bring up the passcode screen for me to enter it. I suppose I could set up the music and start playing before I put it on. case, but it seems silly when the case description says you can access your phone while it's in the case. I can use the touchscreen to play and pause music or navigate the screen itself, but I can't unlock my phone at all when it's locked. Also, I really like the case. I was so excited to use it
