The best thing about cake&arrow is its dedication towards delivering quality results to customers. They have a dedicated team who are always looking for ways in which their clients can improve there process and overall experience with them. Nothing much at this stage but i am sure when we start using it, we will not be disappointed. So far everything seems fine so no issues here yet. My organization uses cake&arrows tools such as cakemail (email marketing platform), cakeballroom (website builder) etc. It delivers great value added service along side a very good support system. I also like our customer account manager who has been able to resolve any queries or concerns i had relating to my accounts or website within minutes.
