I use this 280mm radiator exclusively for the GPU waterblock (2080ti). When gaming, I switched from 72-degree air cooling to 46-degree water circulation while reducing fan noise by more than 50%. Win! Win! There is not much noise left from the GPU fans, and the case fans can be throttled to half speed. I chose this radiator for a number of reasons. The dimensions are perfect for my mATX case. Other 280mm radiators were slightly thicker and taller. This one is perfect for 2x140mm space. It has 7 (1.2mm) tubes per side with an FPI (fins per inch) of 16. Compared to higher flow radiators with 2mm tubes that also have an FPI of 20 or more, this offers better cooling at lower fan speeds. Yes, water flow is more limited than other radiators, but the thinner tubes and lower FPI ensure excellent cooling without having to run your fans at full speed. It's basically a Nemesis GTS 280 hardware lab, but with better dimensions.
