Terrible product so you literally have to go to the store to return it without a shipping label when the products don't do what they're advertised to do and you can't get them my money back because you are open during post return center hours and don't have time to bother getting it back unlike anything I've ever had to return. Doesn't work as cold protection, storage fridge works, clutch is TERRIBLE at low temps. So what should have been an easy online purchase and hassle-free returns has become junk product, a dissatisfied customer, and a poor rating for quality and customer service.
