We primarily use canning jars for beverages, and these are great for the kids - a very good concept. Unfortunately, after only a couple uses one of the lids broke when I was removing the silicone ring to thoroughly hand wash the lid. We've been consistently careful removing and replacing the rings before and after cleaning, but I think the bottom portion is quite thin and the grain of the bamboo allows it to snap. So, I'd give it 5 stars for a clever idea, but really only one for durability.

Really happy with these lids. I have lots of Mason jars of varying sizes and they fit the wide mouth jars perfectly. I use my one and a half cup jars daily and enjoy drinking smoothies and iced coffee in them. The straws that came with them are great for those drinks and if I don't finish the drink right away I can just put it in the refrigerator with the lid on it instead of getting out the screw top lids.Very glad I ordered this set. They just kind of set inside of the top of the mason jar, without forming a real seal. You must wash them after each use. I got them for water on my desk at work, and the bamboo cover grew mold inside of two weeks. The metal lid that I replaced with this lid never grew mold after a year. Not worth the money when you can get a Nalgene bottle for the same price.

I'm reviewing the closed lids, without the straw. The ones that are used in reusable glass jars to replace metal lids, for food storage.I got them to fit salsa jars that I was reusing that couldn't fit normal Ball lids because the threads were too different.I don't understand all the 5 star reviews. I absolutely love these! I got these last year before they started blowing up and fell in love instantly. They fit good and I love the neutral look and the fact it's bamboo and not plastic!This is a fantastic gift idea for low waste gift! We've given it to friends with a jar and cute straws for holidays and seriously every single one has been so ecstatic at receiving something so unexpectedly cute + functional.

I absolutely love these lids! The straws are a nice bonus as well. It isn’t leak proof which should be obvious because it has a hole for the straws lol. It’s easy to clean and to take off. It’s just tight enough to where you won’t accidentally pop it off but loose enough to come off when you need it to. The straws are amazing and easy to clean with the tool provided! Would definitely buy again if I had more jars.

I already had a drinking jar, but wanted a non-leaking lid and reuseable straw for it. Found plenty for jars with a regular size mouth, but nothing for widemouth jars without buying more than I needed or at an extravagant price. This set of 2 lids included the measurement in the deescription, so I could know it was the right size at a good price. There were 2 straws of different sizes and a cleaning brush included. Delivery was prompt. I am very pleased with my purchase!

I love the look of these lids although I wish they came in a darker Walnut color. They are a good concept however the rubber seal does not really seal that well in my opinion

These lids for the wide mouth jars do not seal unless you wrestle with them. If you push them down once, they sort of float back up leaving the jar unsealed. If you grab hold of the jar and push down on the lid at the same time (two hands) and twist them on, they stay on. Otherwise you get what is pictured.I bought this same brand a year ago and they worked great (one hand!).So if they're for a craft, fine. Can not recommend for anything else.

Bought these wide mouth lids to use with my green drink each morning as my other drink lids have all disappeared from my house. they’re probably with all the hair ties & missing socks.I love the bamboo look & large straw hole for either a wider straw or the reusable plastic ones with the nub on the end.The only problem is the height of the lid - it’s too thin to really stay in the jar. One little swirl or tap of my straw, and the lid pops right off. It would be fantastic if it was 1/4”-1/2”…

I slap one of these bad boys onto my Mason jars for my coffee or chai lattes and my whole drink is just elevated. Easy to clean and suctions great. Love this product

Really love these lids and straws. Only complaint is that the lids do not create any type of seal in the jar and can easily get jostled out of place. They just don’t fit well. If you’re mainly looking for something to hold your straw and look cool, it’s perfect, but whatever you do, don’t knock your cup over.

I purchased these tops to use for some jars I had hoping to make a custom spice jar. And it worked out perfectly. I’m definitely going to be purchasing more to complete my set! Better yet can you just sell these in bulk.

I really love the look and feel of these lids. My only complaint is that I use a wide mouth jar for drinks and it isn’t completely sealed. It’s normally fine in the car over bumps and turns, but if it tipped over in your bag, it would leak. I’ve got a variety of glass straws that all work fine (some are thick enough to fill the entire whole, if you want that) so I would suggest buying those separately. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

I love these tops! They came with two different straws and they auctioned very nicely. I will say I wouldn’t turn your cup upside down because of the space between the top and straw but I honestly LOVE these and would gift them to other mason jar lovers!

The bamboo lid is adorable and works wonderfully. Seals well without it being a hassle to takeoff. I just wish they offered glass straws. Because I’m a little iffy of the fact that you can’t really tell how clean the metal straws are, not matter how much you scrub, there’s no visual confirmation. So I had to buy them separately. I still have the metals ones put away as backup.

These are great for dry foods and snacks. But do not create a perfect seal, or, I over-filled my jars. I had placed salsa in several jars and put the lids on. Thought they were sealed but maybe they were over-filled. Spoiled on the tops. So, they are very pretty. They are very useful. But, use for the right purpose and do not overfill.

So cute! Fits perfectly on my wide mouth mason jars. I love that I can take them to work and clean them so easily now! I hated the metallic taste from the metal lids. I try not to get the bamboo wet, since reviews were mixed. I tipped my cup over and it did come out of the straw opening but it was super full and I’m pleased that the lid stayed put! I’ve told all my friends about these cute lids!

Like mentioned in prior reviews, I sealed these with mineral oil. I haven't washed them yet, so we'll see how we'll they hold up.Otherwise, these are perfect lids for the jars I bought at Michaels!

I have to twist the lid to make it stay on. But then it stays. I haven’t knock it over to see if the lid falls off. Bamboo lids may not be durable enough to withstand frequent use!
