Not the same as a year ago. Use only for crafts.
These lids for the wide mouth jars do not seal unless you wrestle with them. If you push them down once, they sort of float back up leaving the jar unsealed. If you grab hold of the jar and push down on the lid at the same time (two hands) and twist them on, they stay on. Otherwise you get what is pictured.I bought this same brand a year ago and they worked great (one hand!).So if they're for a craft, fine. Can not recommend for anything else.
