I just received my umbrella/softbox. Came broken. One of the parts of the screen was not attached (see photo). Interesting that the umbrella still opened properly but I am concerned about the quality and how long it will last even with minimal use as it was broken on arrival. I would like that very much, as I was satisfied with the Neewer light stand and would like to use the large softbox right away. However, the quality control for this item is not good. Now unfortunately I have to go through the hassle of returning it and it's not a small box. I hope you have better luck but for me this is not a very good buy.
