Durable Wire! suitable for dogs
I used the 20 gauge earlier and used it for many years (yard, ditch, dog ditch). I had so many breaks that I lost track and had to completely redo the wiring. I went with this much heavier gauge wire and installed PVC tubing in some of the spots with the greatest braking potential. I also took lots of photos and measurements while digging. So when installing an electric dog fence, do it right and use at least 16 gauge wire. That's a lesson I learned the hard way.
