This is a very interesting temporary change! Silver and gold tones have a very shiny base compared to reds and purples which are still shiny but flatter. I have dark curly hair and it took me half a glass to show off the colors. Because there are silver and gold glittery elements, my hair looked more like a Halloween wig than a color change, but washes out easily and cleanly. It defined my curls without drying them out and the texture after drying was like a light hold gel.
