I was pleasantly surprised at the good quality of the leather. The silver zippers slide smoothly and I love the multiple compartments! Great organization! The only drawback is that the bag is quite narrow. It's not rigid enough to sit on its own. I prefer bags with a more rigid structure so they can sit on their own. You really have to pack quite a bit in this bag to make it sit upright. If you put very few things in this bag or it is empty, it will sag. Other than that, this is a cute bag and the shoulder straps are very comfortable. I even attached my own silver heart charm to add some embellishment.
