Cheap, cheap, CHEAP! I paid $21 for something that cost maaaaaaaaaaaa $10. It's the quality of something you would buy from a float at a fair/festival. There is a speaker but there is no sound. It shines well, but it's just cheap and crappy, and I'm ashamed to give it away. If you're considering, I'd skip the purchase!
