Obviously relatively small if you have a full frame bike but I didn't realize you need to use two hands to open it if your bike is too big, no big deal just right? The reason for the bad rating is that one of the zippers just broke and I had to cut open the bag to get my stuff out, nothing got caught or anything in the zipper, I can't figure it out to this day. It was good if it worked probably would have gotten 4 stars. Not super cheap materials but very light and strong even with the bottom straps not attached. When fully loaded, the legs did not hit.
