The dog's collar fell off while walking.
teeth loosen when tightening and loosening. Good thing my dog is trained to come, otherwise I would have lost him near a busy intersection when the collar came off. She shakes her head on walks because she's not as big a fan of the collar as I am (she walks like a lamb in it most days, except when she's having Dickens). After we got home I puckered up so let's hope we never experience that horrific incident (she was in the dark to me) again.
