I had 1.8, the creative picture is very nice, but I wanted a more tenacious autofocus and sharper. I tried 1.2, and not right away, because for reporting or quick shooting it is wildly slow. Therefore, I decided on 1.4. Technically, it is cool, the picture is perfect, without soap and even a vignette is not on the open, well, it is hardly noticeable. There is no x / a either, in fact they are not on my copy (I'm not a beginner). Its sharpness is pleasant, in terms of the fact that the skin in the photo is without the wildest flaws, as it happens. But here's the weight, my hands were shaking at first, then I got used to it. And smeared in focus because of the weight for 6d. At any photo shoots in the studio without a flash, I used a stub. It really helps to take pictures without the nasty smudges that I had before. There is no creative zest in it, as it seems to me. But maybe I'm wrong, I need to shoot more on it. The light and color are gorgeous, no words.
