I was so excited to buy this accessory to expand my M1 Macbook Air. I use this laptop for my photography hobby. This dock works almost perfectly except for the display port. When using the display port on this dock, there is a constant "out of range" error or sometimes the monitor flickers. I contacted Revain support and was redirected to seller support. What I got from the seller's support is to return it to Revain (the return period has expired) and the seller wants me to buy a more expensive (double the price) docking station. Her exact word is "Maybe the M1 OS has some incompatibility with the Thunderbolt Dock" and it wasn't in the product description. Not even sure if it's compatible or not. Basically, I end up buying an expensive USB hub. I want it to be updateable like a firmware update.
