To be honest I bought these because I needed to keep a power cord in the basement but oh my gosh they are versatile! I've used them to wrap my garden hoses for winter storage, some flexible plumbing tubing, a million things and they're amazing! They are light but strong and can easily handle a 20lb inner tube! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! It was the best day one purchase I've ever made
