It's amazing how big they are! I really don't think you should buy them unless you are (or they are not for) a man. It would probably work best on a tall man. I'll see if my husband needs them. They work, they're warm, but they're too big! They slip off your head and look funny because of their size. They're only adjustable because they stretch, you can't fit them to a "smaller" or "normal" head. Fair price so I'll just keep them, not worth sending back.
