If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all, all the product images say "Pro-Waxer100" and when I opened the box it wasn't there at all. It says "Tes Beauty" so I'm not sure if it's a cheaper version or something. Not to mention it came packaged in a "Pro-Waxer100" box. Second, everything seemed very cheap. I literally had to hold a hot plastic heater while mixing it so it didn't fly all over the place. Third, the little metal bucket that you put the wax in just spins as you mix it, and you can't just keep it still because it's hot, and the little plastic handle gets hot when it's in it too. Finally, just as I was about to finish trying to clean it and remove the wax, I held the bucket and the edge of the rim cut my finger. Yes, you understood correctly, they cut my finger. I don't even try to clean it anymore. I'm returning it like this because I won't get another share. Don't buy this. It's a piece of junk.
