The product is very compact and fits comfortably in one hand. LCD screen, focus wheel - a big plus. The material feels high quality. Now it's not so good. Phones with a screen size larger than 6 inches can be difficult to use because the edges of the phone can hit the grip in many situations after balancing. Even if you use guest controls to take a photo, motion controls will not work to take a photo of another target. Face tracking doesn't place the face in the center of the screen where you want it to be. Face tracking works 50% of the time. Not consistent. The last major issue is when the joystick is used to point the phone at a target, when you let go of the gimbal it slowly moves away from the target. Perhaps most of my complaints can be fixed with a firmware update. Oh at least I forgot I calibrated the gimbal and the problems persist.
