AOCHUAN Smart XR is an excellent stabilizer for my phone. It is small and light, making it convenient to travel with. I can fold it and put it in my bag, which is very convenient. I love a lot of its cool features, like the different shooting modes I can shoot in when connected to the app. All in all this is a very good stabilizer at a great price and definitely worth buying.

After hours of watching research videos and carefully choosing between candidates, I settled on this one. Not disappointed. I love the ease of use, fluidity and creativity it gives me. I use it with my old Android phone and it works great. One thing I would like to see in future versions is the addition of counterweights to use with microphones and lenses.

I bought this gimbal based on several reviews I saw on YouTube. My goal is to make my videos more cinematic. This gimbal feels solid, is well made and fits my iPhone 12 Pro Max very well. If you calculate its price, it's a solid value. I would have given 5 stars if the instructions had been printed larger. You had to use a magnifying glass to read!

The phone clip wasn't deep enough to hold an iPhone 12 Pro with a very thin clear silicone phone case, but that didn't matter as the gimbal was broken . It's my fault for not trying it until it was too late to go back, but it didn't work the first time I used it. I charged it overnight and when I first turned it on it shook violently and displayed PF. Another donation to the landfill.

Important parts are missing like instructions and charging cable. It took almost a whole day to download the app as it was in Chinese and the English version was next to impossible as I don't speak or read Chinese. The security issues on my phone is now compromised and hacked due to an app located in China. Face tracking is useless and starts to shake. Photos and videos are slightly blurry.

This atrocity will not work unless you allow the app to access your personal information and location. There is no reason in the world why a stabilizer needs this information to work. This is a great gimbal - it feels like metal, is a nice weight, has a great zoom wheel and you can connect it to your phone's bluetooth to use it as a shutter button.
