***UPDATE: I haven't printed in color for about 2 weeks and then I only had streaks on the page. Following ENIWINCK's instructions, I've cleaned the printheads (at least 10 times) and still nothing. but stripes. I took out the cartridge, put it on a damp paper towel and let it sit overnight, all I got was tiny spots on the paper towel. This time I made it a little wetter and let it sit overnight again. I ran out a little more ink but didn't care, when I printed it still came out a striped page that was unreadable. The cartridge still shows almost full. DISAPPOINTED! Black doesn't work well either, even using the printer every day I almost always have to clean the printheads and still don't get good prints.
