Thought it was a waste of money. Why not just use pillows? Let me tell you, if you need to keep your foot up for more than a few days, this is a must. It takes the pressure off your knee and allows you to move around (especially while you sleep) without worrying about your pillow tower tipping over. The foam quality seems good, but the cover curls up after a wash. It looks shabby after just a week of use! I agree with other reviewers that it would be nice if there were two handles on the end to pull it towards you. Otherwise quite a descent. I recommended it to a friend who had ankle surgery a week after me and she loved it too!
