Out of the box, this card gave my computer a blue screen of death/crashes.

This product gave me a headache, blue screen of death, lost about 5 hours of troubleshooting, and forced me to reinstall windows after removing everything. Do not buy. I followed the instructions and installed like any other PCIe card. The first problem started when the drivers were obviously blocked. After that, the computer went to blue screen and couldn't get past the user login screen. Keep getting blue screens: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. An issue with Netwtw08.sys, a system file associated with Intel Proset Wireless drivers. Even when using Safe Mode to uninstall the drivers, the problem persisted for some reason. So I finally tried updating the system using the option that saved my files first. It was unsuccessful and I still had the problem, I tried a hard reset (after backing up my data in safe mode) by formatting the drive and it still gave me the blue screen. After that I created a USB media creation tool for Windows 10 hoping to reinstall Windows via USB. After going through the process, my computer didn't even send the message properly, saying Windows 10 installation failed. And that the computer, in principle, for some reason cannot boot. Finally, and I probably should have done this from the start, is to remove and disable the Wi-Fi card altogether. I did that and reformatted my C drive, reinstalled Windows and, well, bingo. It worked and now I have to reinstall everything which will be a huge waste of time but at least I can say you now have a fresh install of Windows. Out of the box, this card crashes my computer. Here are some of my general specs for reference: - ASUS Tuf x570 gaming plus (WLAN) - AMD 3800XT - ASUS GTX 1080 Strix - 64GB g.skill ddr4 RAM
