The light is exactly the same as the picture, it looks very nice. For ceiling mounting, you need to screw 2 screws into the mounting bracket holes and provide insulation. The insulation moves and you have to adjust it by gently moving the device up and down. Another issue is the mount itself. This light comes with a 2 screw direct mount to the floor. These two screws are used to attach the flashlight to the bracket. The problem is that the screw heads match the mounting holes in the electrical box, causing the bracket to not sit flush with the electrical box. Pros: - looks good Cons: - installation process - little access to change bulb - metal is very thin (just an issue during installation) - only a 40 watt bulb is needed
