I'm giving 5 stars because the cable appears to be a quality product but doesn't meet my needs -- but it's my fault for not doing more research first have. I was looking for something that would plug into my PS4's optical audio port and then into my computer's 3.5mm speaker port on the other end. However, I didn't have anything to convert the signal, so this cable alone didn't work. I'm still not entirely sure what the solution is, but I know I don't want to buy conversion boxes or anything else that would be required. I just plugged my PS4 into the soundbar and put an end to that. If you want to do something similar with your PlayStation 4, just note that you will need something else besides this cable.
