So I'm not quite used to this phone yet. I think it reads your finger in a fun way and is best for typing with a stylus. I got this about five days ago and only now have I got everything sorted out. When you're with Verizon, you can't just pop in your SIM card and you're done. You need to access your account online or call and tell them your sim needs to be cdma free. Then go to your devices, activate the device in the existing line and then make sure that when booting with the SIM card in it, the old device is switched off. If these instructions are not followed, it will still install but will not function as a Verizon device. Making and receiving calls is fine, you can send messages but you can't receive messages, and then you'll find that much of Verizon's security for accessing your account or agent is based on verifying a six-digit number based you will never get
