Instead of a friction fit holding the bits in place, a simple magnet does two things: holds the bits in place and holds the organizer in place, brilliant. Like a lot of people, when cordless screwdrivers were popular, everyone bought these sets, so I have a bunch of bits and just can't find the ones I need.
