TouchPoint Visitor Management - Easy To Use Customer Service

Nothing really - it's great! It doesn't have as many features that other products do but what we need works fine with our system. Great product if you're looking to manage your customers without hiring another department or paying an outside service. We had some issues when using their mobile app (not sure why). They were quick at getting us fixed up though so I'm not too concerned now. If they implemented more integrations then yes definitely keep them around. We are able to see who comes through our doors via video monitoring from anywhere across multiple locations. I like the fact that the program is easy to use and the customer service is great. It is not easy to set up the program though. I have to enter my billing information every time I use it. It is not very user friendly. I would not use this program for a business. I use it for my own business. It is easy to use and I like that it is not very expensive. I am solving my own issues with this program.

  • The support was fast which i appreciate because there aren’t always immediate solutions provided by vendors/companies these days due often having remote employees working remotely instead being office bound all day long making communication difficult between team members & clients alike
