Description of TouchPoint Visitor Management

Our visitor management software records all-relevant information about the visitor, which is automatically captured in a database. Then ID scanning is done, and a professional quality visitor badge/pass is printed. The badge printing software is integrated into the module for convenient operation.

TouchPoint Visitor Management - Easy To Use Customer Service

Nothing really - it's great! It doesn't have as many features that other products do but what we need works fine with our system. Great product if you're looking to manage your customers without hiring another department or paying an outside service. We had some issues when using their mobile app (not sure why). They were quick at getting us fixed up though so I'm not too concerned now. If they implemented more integrations then yes definitely keep them around. We are able to see who comes…

  • The support was fast which i appreciate because there aren’t always immediate solutions provided by vendors/companies these days due often having remote employees working remotely instead being office bound all day long making communication difficult between team members & clients alike

A must-have for managing your clients

Easy to use - no coding needed! I can create new pages with just one click of my mouse button (and save them). It's also very easy when it comes time write changes from any remote computer that has access over web browser or mobile device using our touchpoint app;-) This product really helps us manage visitors at events where we have security concerns as well as keeping track of who attends each event so future attendees know if they've already been there before etc.. There isn't much more…

TouchPoint Visitor Management - Great platform for event ticketing

I like that you can have multiple badges per account so it's easy to give people access if needed without having many different accounts! There isn't much as far as issues go with this program but maybe its because we don't use too may of them? So there aren't really any problems i've noticed or run across thusfar since our switchover from another system at work last year. We were using other systems prior to switching over so they did not allow us to make changes after purchase unlike TpVmMgr

  • Also very user friendly & intuitive GUI makes doing what needs done quick and painless compared to some management software which requires several steps before seeing anything useful about anyone else wanting inside your orginization

Great Customer Service & Very Flexible

I like that it's easy to use (it takes me less than 5 minutes to go from "I don't know where this page should be" to having my own site up and running). It has an amazing customer service team behind it! They are always available at any time of day or night if you have questions / concerns - not just during business hours as some other companies may do. There really isn't much dislike yet; we've only had one minor issue with our account manager going out unexpectedly but she was able to help us
