I like that you can have multiple badges per account so it's easy to give people access if needed without having many different accounts! There isn't much as far as issues go with this program but maybe its because we don't use too may of them? So there aren't really any problems i've noticed or run across thusfar since our switchover from another system at work last year.
We were using other systems prior to switching over so they did not allow us to make changes after purchase unlike TpVmMgr where everything was customizable upon setup through your admin panel. It made managing tickets easier by being able to add fields easily when creating new ticket types rather than manually adding each field one at time.
