Review on Malco TSHD TurboShear High Performance by Joe Jordan

I have been doing metal roofing for about twelve years and this is by far the best electric metal cutting tool I have come across. Traditional cutters and punches were inferior to my Midwest Left Cuts Snip, but when we discovered this wonderful invention maybe four or five years ago, I finally had competent powered shears. This tool works better than advertised. It can actually cut through multiple layers of standard metal roofing (28-29 gauge), saving additional time when cutting multiple pieces at the same angle or length. It fits DeWalt 18V screwdrivers as if it were designed specifically for it, but it's also very versatile, allowing it to be used with a variety of drill bit sizes and shapes. Even after years of intensive use, these things still work. The jaws are a little looser than before and could have been adjusted a bit, but they still work well. I wish I could meet the guy who invented this amazingly simple piece of ingenuity. Five and a half stars!
