The seller entered incorrect information

The seller stated in the Q&A that the maximum height is 14.7 inches and that is wrong, about 2 inches is wrong. I have limited space for crane height and as they can't measure things properly I will most likely have to return the unit. I'm considering dedicating some space to the device because it looks good quality. I just wish the person who answered the Q&A wasn't wrong about measuring things.
