actually quiet best for fans and cooling

I was skeptical about the quietness of this fan. As a fan I was expecting a loud sound but I bought it on purpose because he said it was quiet. I was not disappointed. A lot of air blows quietly. Still louder than a radial fan at full power, but significantly quieter than a traditional fan. Used as a fan to cool parts on my 3D printer.
