I bought these for my 1 year old Shih Tzu. My boy needed a big one. Its dimensions: N=11.5 G=17.5 L=17. I was very surprised that he needed a large one because he usually wears a medium one. My girlfriend wears medium. Its dimensions: N=11 G=16 L=12. I thought she would need a medium. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the material and the amount of stretch. Both fit very well (not a tight feeling) but they haven't been washed yet so I don't know if they will shrink. As a precaution I will probably wash in cold water and hang to dry. I am very happy with both I have ordered and will likely order more from this brand in the future. I definitely recommend taking your dog's actual measurements to determine the size.
