Is there a larger size?

I tried to fit this to my knee to help with my chondromalacia but it is so tight that it hurts. I can only get the support butresses close by tightening the straps excessively.(I moved the butresses in as far as they could go)Maybe there is a larger size?I am not a large man. I am 6' tall and about 200 lbs. My legs are fairly thin.
