I love how it slims my waist! I am a pear shaped female, 5ft 5in, about 175 pounds. I ordered a large size and it fit perfectly and I had enough room to play with how I wanted the brace to fit and open as many legs as I wanted (or not!). I ordered the sunflower model and it was a bit see through so watch your underwear. It's very thin, so it doesn't hide much. But it seems suitable for daily summer planting.
