These fans are attractive, stylish, modern, QUIET (except on the highest settings) and they move a lot of air when you need it. However, the app and/or software is incredibly buggy and you have to turn the fans on and off manually (we have 3). I literally spent hours on the phone with Haiku Support trying to resolve these issues. By the way, Haiku's customer service is amazing. We set the ideal temperature in the app to 70° and even though the room is 76°, the fan suddenly switches off. Set the ideal temperature (because it changes randomly), the fan will turn on again and turn off again after a few seconds. And no, it's not a scheduling issue as we removed all scheduling as part of the troubleshooting process. Thing is, you have amazing hardware and customer support, but the app or software doesn't match the hardware and support. You actually confuse her. So basically we have three VERY expensive ceiling fans that we need a remote control or app to control manually. this. not an ounce of "smart" them. Give Haiku one more chance to fix this and then they go back to Revain and we get similar looking fans that aren't very smart and are half the price.
