Let me start by saying I had to order a 6x because the 7x was out of stock. My breasts are a 42DDD so I know I needed a bigger size. No biggie though, I was prepared. I love the corset itself. It has nice satiny material. For a corset that was fairly inexpensive, I definitely recommend this. I am quite pleased.As soon as I opened the package though I realized the lace up ribbon was missing! I got this on Tuesday and need it for Saturday night for a steampunk themed party. I thought this was going to be a disaster. I messaged the seller and they got back to me very promptly. They sincerely apologized and gave me a few options to find a resolution to this issue. I chose to buy a ribbon separately out of the options because again I need it in a few days. They promptly offered me a partial refund to cover the cost of purchasing a separate ribbon for the corset.I am so happy with the care and thoughtfulness of this seller that I will definitely be a repeat customer.
