These headphones fit perfectly in your ears. I made the mistake of buying an acrylic set first so I would appreciate the difference this steel set makes. Acrylic makes my ears hurt for a few nights after stretching (I sleep on my side) but this calms my earlobes even if I stretch before bed during the day. I also feel they have enough weight to encourage my ears to stretch a little faster. I'm still very small, 8g in my first holes and 14g in my secondary holes. I was planning on wearing the first 10g for at least 1 month but after 5 days of wearing I noticed that 10g felt loose. Of course, 8 g slid without any problems. I have to say I stretched my first holes to 4g years ago so they were easier to stretch than my second holes. The reason for the 4 stars is that one of my 14 holes broke; the back no longer twists. I was planning on keeping my secondary holes at 14g while measuring my first few holes, but due to this issue I ended up running 12g cones today. I hope I don't have any more problems because I really like this set.
