Useful tool - especially as you can add questions dynamically

We are using Qualtrics to collect survey data for our customers, and it works very well. The ease of use makes it really easy to set up surveys, and the ability to have multiple questionnaires per user is great. The ability to integrate with other systems is also very useful. There isn't much that I dislike about this software; however, we do sometimes struggle to find out who has completed surveys and when they did it, which could be solved if more information was available in the system. We're able to see how our customers feel about our products and services, and are able to improve areas where needed. This allows us to identify any potential issues before they become an issue. It is also good for getting feedback from our employees, so we know what kind of training we need to provide them with.
