I like how easy it is to use this software with my business email addresses for marketing purposes as well as customer service issues that arise in our daily operations! The platform allows us access via mobile devices which was helpful when we were out of office or away from desktops/laptops etc., but there are still some limitations such as being unable t o edit images within emails sent through OEI (Outlook Express Integration). This has been great so far because customers can easily reach me directly without having too much trouble getting past any technical difficulties they may have experienced previously while using other platforms.
