LOVE this skirt! Nice bright colors and thick material. At first I was concerned because the waist looked EXTREMELY small. I'm a size 4 and my waist looked like it wouldn't even fit my 6 year old daughter. But the rubber band stretches well. Super comfortable and beautiful.
