07/17/2021 Updated my review, I have to say it was wrong, finally customer service emailed me and took care of the problem. They tried to fix the system via video chat to fix the issues but they ended up giving me a brand new dash cam. Thanks again, keep up the good customer service. Great value for money, good resolution, great wide angle view, good colors, the app needs some tweaking but it's really good. I recommend installing it in our store. Almost a year later I have to repeat my review, they still work great, unfortunately they only record about four days, after that you have to start recording again manually, try to call the company, but customer service is not really customer service, several Emails and calls went unanswered, so I'm reducing my rating to three stars. If you are looking for someone to help you with any problems this is not the company to buy. I will learn my lesson the next time I make sure I get a company with good customer service that can help me with any problems that may arise in the future. Well this is wild but I finally got an answer from the company which was done by a tech. Give me a call and we hope we can fix it. I'll update you in about four more days. I will let you know if the system is still recording 05/14/2021.
