Poor quality, not worth the money.
Unfortunately, it does not help to fall asleep absolutely. There is a little drowsiness and that's it. And it's not about the dosage, from another company's melatonin with a children's dosage (less than 1 mg), it was cut down instantly. Perhaps this particular brand is not suitable, but the situation is as strange as possible.
