I never drink enough water so this container makes it easier for me to reach my goal. I can lift it with one hand but when full it gets quite heavy so I bought a smaller size. I took it with me on vacation and it fell over several times in the car and never a drop was spilled. The handle is also good to grip as long as it is not worn out. I have a little problem with the straw. You have to push the straw into the holder that goes through the lid and sometimes it gets out of hand. I sucked in air until I realized I just hadn't pulled them tight enough. It's also difficult to remove the last inch of water as some of the straw is quite tough. All you have to do is tilt the bottle until it sucks again. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
