Regalis is one of our most successful companies in terms of customer support, quality of products, and service delivery to customers. It's very easy to use for clients who are new to Salesforce. It also has a great team behind it that is passionate about what they do. We've been able to create an automated process for a lot of our repetitive tasks with Regalis. The only thing I have really disliked about Regalis is how slow the platform can be sometimes. Sometimes it takes several days to get updates from our administrators. This could be improved if there were more resources dedicated to it. We wanted to track all of our email communication with our clients so that we could easily see which emails were read by them. Also, it makes us able to send reminders through our own built in CRM without having to ask our administrators every time for those details.
