I like that it can have me schedule meetings with my colleagues at any time they are available online or offline so we do not need to wait for certain hours of our office working day as well which saves us lots of money! The user interface is complicated - sometimes you cannot figure out what some options mean even after repeated attempts- but once figured things get easier again.- Sometimes if there's no wifi connection (as happens frequently when travelling) then scheduling meeting takes longer than expected; this may be improved by providing an option where one could choose from different locations near their base without having to manually type them into each appointment request individually every time? Currently unavailable while traveling due to lack of access to internet/wifi connections. We use this tool mainly for internal communication purposes between ourselves.
